trailer buying :/WWYD?

hi all, i'm queering the price of a trailer as i feel it may be a bit much,
its a burgandy 505 ifor williams 7 years old,
aluminium floor, needs new spare tyre and its the said the others will need checking, it hasn't been used much over the past 2 years literally only 5 times, one year it spent undercover but the other under a tree so its green(does this mean its not checked often?)
it had a full check over 2 years ago and a few replacements can't remember off the top of my head, i'm very keen as a little desperate and i've seen others older than it for more.
their asking £2500 but i've bumped it down to £2200?

I am currently looking at trailers, I would say that's a good price - looking at the *** that's around. if you don't want it I'll have it

That definitely sounds like a good price.

Ask for paperwork and proof of the work done two years ago.

That's a good price, I sold a 2004 505 in the summer for £ 2250
