Trailer coupling locks for Ifor 505

Quick question, looking at getting a trailer coupling lock and have narrowed it down to the Bulldog AW Avonride/Knott HItch lock or the Bulldog AV Hitchlock. Just wondered if anyone uses either and which they consider better or if there are alternatives? Also, can I put the hitch lock on an tow with it on to save fiddling around putting it on when I go out. Its mainly to secure trailer to car if I take pony to the New Forest hacking. Not used one before (had a wheel lock) but know friends who've had trailers taken on the forest so want something a bit more heavy duty than just the wheel lock....

Sometimes your insurance company will specify a lock. Might be worth checking.

You cannot drive with a coupling lock on.
I have a SAS coupling lock.
You can use it whilst hitched up, bit must be removed before moving.

Ive just sold one of these with my Ifor. It was brilliant and easy to fit and take off (you can use part of it to lock the trailer to your car whilst parked too , can’t drive with it on.
