Trailer dolly

Cant you move it by hand? Mine is very lightweight but even when it had 4 flat tyres and no jockey wheel it only took my OH and me who is useless to push it into the parking space. Now the tyres are done and jockey wheel refitted you can move it on your own.

Thanks for the feedback, it is not a really heavy trailer but where I have to park it, it has to be turned 180 degrees and pushed up a slight slope which when you are doing it on your own, not very easy 😳 especially when you are bending down.

Is there anywhere you could anchor a hand winch to pull it up? Would need a tow eye mountign but that's no great effort.

Or get a 2nd mobility scooter as a tow truck?

I am using my trailer once a week, I have seen one on Amazon for just under £50, it resembles a cross between a golf trolley with a long handle and trolley jack but before I go ahead and buy one I was wondering if anyone had any other bright ideas?

Is it electric? If not doesn't sound as though it will give a huge edge.

There are electric nose wheels for about £180 (plus battery) which are only 350W, doesn't sound much but is actually just under 1/2 horsepower. That's the answer, teach your horse to help park the trailer!!!

I actually think the handwinch (about £30) is the best idea. Mobility scooter will be about £200 at a guess but of course could be used for other jobs around the yard...towing trugs for example.

I can just imagine the look on my boys face if I hitch him up to turn the trailer as opposed to travelling in it!!
