I'm in the throws of selling my Ifor 505 (not an advert as already sold!)and yesterday picked up it's replacement an Ifor 510, the sellers mentioned it may need the floor replacing so I'd already got quotes etc and booked it in for a new alloy floor however I'm quite shocked that when I collected it I was told ' we've been told it needs a new floor but it's still useable', it had a hoofing great hole in the floor!! They said they had been using it and it wasn't really a problem, when I dropped it off for it's overhaul I asked the Ifor Dealer what he thought and he said no way should a horse be travelled in it until the floor was replaced and he was consitantly shocked about the state of horsebox floors.
The long and short of it is please please don't take a chance with your neds feet and legs and get proper floors in your transport, if in doubt read the post about the horse who's feet went through a hole in a trailer floor and the hideous and fatal injuries it sustained.

I agree, that is soooo shocking that anyone would even think about travelling a pony in such a trailer
