I started looking at trailer insurance last night as finally might get out and about in Dec and the quotes coming in were more than my car insurance.... £250-£350 for a Cheval Liberte Minimax. The family farm which used to cover my trailer has sadly been sold so hence into this unknown world of trailer insurance.

Here was me stupidly think it might be £100 a year..... Ideally I would like rescue as well which was not even included for the £250+. Does anyone have this in an affordable package that isn't going to make me weep? I don't have horse insurance so cannot just tag it onto that like friends do.

The ones I tried were the normal KBIS and SEIB.

Mine is around £125 with shearwater

I have a rescue package separately with ERS which covers the car with and without the trailer

Will try them now - cheers. Looked at ERS yesterday and thought it looked reasonable.
