At least its blatant I suppose, rather than come on here under a different username and say "Ooh look I found this really cool video on youtube please watch it"
If thats what the public think, then I will stop.
It wasn't intended to promote the business, just to promote trailer safety. I am sorry if you feel that I have abused the forum.
Just remember though , if that video gets one person to check their trailer floor or trailer serviced then it might save the life of a horse and a possibly a family towing the trailer.
This video is a way of promoting trailer safety nationally. I am not a national company, so someone in Cheshire ,London or Scotland, I cannot profit from, but I can give them this free advice.
Once again sorry if you think it has been blatant advertising, it will not happen again , unless asked for.
I disagree - I think it's a good idea to post these videos, as they give good information about safety.
Also - as the username is 'Trailermedic' there is no attempt at subterfuge or viral marketing (which I really hate).
So please - keep posting your trailer videos.

The rule is no advertising. It applies to everybody, and this is clearly advertising.

On the other hand, you could view it as Trailermedic being a socially responsible business - as they are giving free advice regarding trailer maintenance and servicing which could improve safety.
Their username makes it clear who they are, and their video is more informative than sales orientated, in my opinion.
I do agree with you if the posts are of the 'I just tried MiracleJump pills and my horse soared through the air, honest' type of sneaky marketing, though.

So lets have all the socially responsible feed companys ,back protector companys ,dentists physios etc etc . In fact why dont we just turn it into an advertising site and not a forum.

Don't you scowl at me, Mike07!
I often advertise my taxidermy services for naughty horses/annoying people, and no one has complained yet...
Do you live in Tumbridge Wells?

just why are you so bothered? the blokes not going to gain a ton of business, and lets face it.. did you know everything about trailer checks? or have you even bothered to watch the video!
imo more people need to be aware of the death traps that a trailer can be hiding.
