Have had a bit of discussion with OH. I want to service our 505 trailer, I want to take it back to original dealer 45 miles away but OH says take it to local supplier for service 12 miles away as cheaper ? does it matter to have it serviced at non IW dealer???? many thanks

You can take the trailer to any service agent. It doesn't have to be an Ifor dealer or even a horse trailer agent. I had my Bateson fully serviced by an independent caravan mechanic. He did a great job, checked, oiled & greased & adjusted everything.

Trailers are very simple engineering wise so there isn't that much to go wrong. Save your fuel & take your trailer to somewhere local.

Mine was done at an independant trailer servicer, they did a good job.... to be honest there isnt that much to go wrong (their words not mine)!! So as long as they have a good reputation... I would save my dosh!!!
