If you go into Google and type in Horse trailer test, There are different websites which explains the test.

Also just reading through some of the google sites and nowhere mentions if you need your own 4x4 and trailer??
I take it that you do or do they supply the trailer?

I think on that site i posted somebody asked the same question and the reply was they can/will supply trailer and vehicle.

Sorry to hijack. If you have a manual car licence and then take a trailer test in an auto are you limited to an auto for towing or could you tow with a manual!
