Trailer towing weight & licence issues this long weekend?

I hope this is not breaking any site rules

As the Welcome to HHO Towing Clinic thread is in the Competition riders forum it seems many are not aware of it so I thought for this long weekend only it might be a good idea to mention it in this forum

As that thread is now at 50 pages and over 500 posts it seems to have been fairly successful in helping many so perhaps there are others who would also benefit but are unaware of it.
