Never had a trailer before and looking for a lightweight one as my 4x4 can only tow 2000kg. Been looking at Cheval Liberte and Bateson. Any advice or views would be gratefully received.

I can't compare the two, but I've had a Bateson for 4 years and not had any problems with it. It's over 11 years old now but you wouldn't know :)

I used to have a Rice Eurpoa. They are fairly lightweight as i think they are the smaller model and although an older style trailer they are reasonably cheap, readily for sale but reliable and we never had any problems with ours :)

is it only one horse you will towing? If so get a single ifor trailer - very spacious and they are 770kg - my freelander tows it lovely.
