Trailer

There are many trailers that won't take a horse of that size however Rice & Richardson do make trailers that will accomodate the larger horse. Ifor Williams 510 & similar will also do. Below is a link that will tell you all the sizes for Rice/ Richardson.

Getting a trailer to fit your horse is one thing but ensure you have a sufficiently powerful 4X4 to tow it.

I'm fairly sure he would fit in a Bateson Ascot. My OH's horse was delivered in one, and he is 17h and had plenty of space.

Take a look at the Bockmann Master and the Big Master L. From Germany very well built, for big warmbloods. Not cheap but very good value for money. Fab suspension, loads of room. You will need to know the weight of your horses to find the right trailer as well as the height. Try Dodson & Horrell website for a weight tape.
