I have some of these that use on my boy very occasionally mainly for lunging and schooling. I only tend to use them for short periods and only once has warmed up and loosened off.
Think they supposed to be kinder than draw reins as they dont force the horse into a shape but encourage them to soften with the elastic if that makes sense?
