I am doing a sponsored ride on the 29th April, its 15 miles long with plenty of opportunity to canter and optional jumps. There is a half way stop ( half way through
) I just wondered if anyone could help devise a training plan for him. At the moment he can handle 7 miles fine at the average pace I want to be doing . Is 9 weeks too little time to get him fit enough :S. I only found out today so I couldnt stair any earlier
. At the moment it is only really possible to ride at weekend but when the clocks go forward I hope to be riding 4 or 5 times a week. So any training plans or general advice to do with training or the ride would be greatly appreciated
