Transit style lorry question....

My friend is looking for a transit style lorry, the only ones we have seen though seem to have the horses travelling backwards which her mare doesn't like - I know it is supposed to be better, but she just isn't happy!! Has anyone seen a forward facing one, or have any links to anyone who makes them?

I have a forward facing LDV, they are more common I have found?!! Keep looking, they are most definitely out there!!

We borrowed a rear facing lorry once and our pony hated it

although they are supposed to be better

, sorry dont know of any companies just thought I'd add my story !!

I have a transit 3.5t lorry that my boy travels herringbone. Its great and great to drive. Have you looked on the horsemart website?

My cousin and brother converted one for me (so no labour charges which was great of them).

It only cost an extra £500 in parts on top of buying the lorry and took about 12 days to convert. They hand made everything, ramp, partitions, fittings etc.

My 2 ponies travelled very well in it herringbone and I had a tack locker above the luton.

We did it that way because I couldn't find anything to buy in my budget range that wasn't a heap of crap.
