I'd quite like to get some transport but I'm not sure how much OH's budget will stretch so its just hypothetical at the mo.
D has travelled twice in a trailer and both times she took about 30 mins to load and then kicked horribly everytime it went round a corner, looking like she was going to go down and sweated up so much there was no way you could have ridden her when you got somewhere. She went in a 7.5 ton lorry to the vets earlier this year and was an angel, admittedly she'd had 10 ACP but didn't bat an eyelid, loaded easily and just stood there the whole journey eating her haynet.
Budget isn't going to stretch to a 7.5ton I would have thought. If money was no object I think she'd like one of those nice van conversions but they seem really expensive. I know that alot of folk on here say that they travel better without the partition but it wouldbe really expensive to buy a trailer and suitable car just to find out that it didn't make any difference. Would she learn to travel in a trailer given time or is it just not worth the risk?
Any thoughts?
