Transport Help

Hi, I’m looking for either self-drive horsebox hire (3.5 tonne) in Somerset or a transport share. I have a rising 3 coloured cob that I’d like to take showing this year but no way of getting him anywhere. He’s in Butleigh so I’m looking for something around the Street area (Glastonbury, Wells, Shepton Mallet, Yeovil, Taunton). If anyone can suggest a hire company in this area, that would be great, as the closest I can find is Bristol. Alternatively, if anyone would like company at shows, help with travelling costs etc. then please get in touch. Thanks for all your help.

Hi there,
Do you have access to a towing vehicle? How often would you like to go?
Ralph Bailey offer trailer hire if thats any help? I have his number,he's quite local to you.
Louise Oxland transports horses. Not self drive,but she is in Taunton.
I probably haven't helped at all there lol.

Hi, thanks for the suggestions

Unfortunately, I don't have anything to pull a trailer or a license to do so, hence the horsebox avenue (damn them changing the law lol!) and Louise is a bit expensive just for going to shows but thanks for the suggestions

Didn't realise Ralph Bailey did hire, if I could get hold of something to pull it and someone with a license before 1997 to come with, that may well be an option... Thanks!
