Transport - Merrist Wood

Does anyone know of anywhere I can (cheaply) hire some horse transport to get to Merrist Wood? (I'm only about 4 miles from it!)

and such a nice person great with the horses. have fun

Maybe she does not want to hack as she would have to ride on the very busy aldershot road.

i would but it would be too dark as its evenings... the roadwork isn't too bad - but its too dark

Alf is great. I think for a short journey like that he'd be about £60 at a guess. He can take 4 horses so maybe if you get 4 of you it'll work out cheaper.
He does wait too.

hey up.. nick kerner in Warfield area Berks - about 20mins from there will rent trailers and horses boxes.. reasonably priced.
Google Nick Kerner 4 wheel drive and it should come up and give you all the info..
