Transport required Staffordshire

My pony is booked to go to Poole House Vets near Lichfield Staffs tomorrow for dental work. The transport company I booked to take him has had a breakdown and cannot do it. Does anyone know any transport companies who might do it at short notice? Pony is travelling from Stafford.

Sorry that your transport company has let you down.

They should not!

They have booked you and even though they have had a breakdown it is their problem and they then should hire another lorry and STILL come and pick you up.

A taxi firm would do the very same!

I do not know what it is with the 'equine industry' livery yard owners take the proverbial, liveries themselves act like 4 year olds in the playground, and now so called transport companies just don't provide a service! This does not happen in Newmarket!

Hi - I used a firm based near Tamworth who were very very good (as I use Pool ALOT!!) I think they were called Lakeside - can't find a number at the moment - will keep trying!
