Transport to hire in Watford /North London area

Hi all

My super duper all singing all dancing horsebox is not going to be ready until September and I really am desperate to get out and do something with my boy so was wondering if anyone could suggest anywhere to hire 3.5ton lorries near Watford/North London and average cost? All my friends have trailers and since my trailer crash I am just not prepared to take the risk so only horseboxes for me from now on.

I live in Watford and have used Wentworth in the past. I don't know of any self drive nearer. I think it is about £100 per day to hire.

There's a self-drive hire company based at our yard - we're near Welwyn so I don't know if that's a bit far for you? They have the little 3.5 lorries and someone said it's less than £100 a day but that's all I know. PM me if you want details and I'll find out for you.
