Transport...

I'm feeling very sorry for my self at the moment as I have no transport. Neddy is ready to get out and about but I cant get anywhere. The worst thing is I have access to a lorry and a trailer but have no driver.

It seams that everyone has transport except me!!

Do you have a lorry or trailer? and do you drive your self? And how often do you use it?

I have a trailer now, but waited nearly 20 years to get any transport of my own!!

I used it once or twice a week in the winter when I was hunting, and riding a lot.......my horse is 'resting' at the moment (or maybe it is me resting and enjoying not having to squeeze every ride possible in to keep her fit!)......

I *love* my little trailer. I am very happy to have it!

im in the exact same situation myself - i beg/borrow/steal lifts n whatever means poss needs must im afraid...

My driving licence doesn't allow me to drive the lorry or tow the trailer.

I am not in a position to take my lorry licence ATM, so not an option unfortunatly.

I was going to get lifts with my friend (who owns the lorry) but her neddy has been diagnosed with Navicular, so not going anywhere.

Wouldn't your friend take you anyway, just because her horse isn't going?

Its my friends lorry but her mum drives it for her (she has the same licence as me).
