There is a temporary electric fence at the very top of his field. About 3m in from the main fence. It has been up for a year so that when yo horses are in the big field they can’t sniff over the fence and get injured.

Got to field gate and realised Robins buddy was on the wrong side of the fence. Robin was stood beside him on the correct side. So I set off up the field. A very concerned Robin came bustling down to me, shrieking his head off. Very concerned telling me there was a BIG issue. He trotted after me as I carried on up the field. He then stood breathing over my shoulder, still worrying, while I decided what to do. He then showed me buddy had gone under, he tried but being 2 hands bigger he couldn’t fit. More concerned looks and again showed me he didn’t fit under.

Decided easiest thing to do was take down the fence. So undid the fence and he shot in and started stuffing his face. Buddy meantime went “ok you got me” and came out!

I didn’t even attempt to bring him in to ride as I thought he would cry.
