my little pup always gets sick in the car and cant go 1 mile up the road before pooing any ideas, not looking for a miricle cure but need ideas how to make it better for her?

How old is she? Does she normally exercise good bladder control? If you travel her on somebodies lap/in her bed for a few short trips, she should learn she has to hold herself.

she is 12 weeks old and fully house trained, she is a real star in every way appart from the car, i have tried travaling her on the kids lap and in the foot well nothing seems to work

Mine did this. I used ginger tablets on him, bought from pets at home and made sure I left enough time after his feed before I travelled him (so he had had a poo already etc).
It took about 5 journeys but he has stopped doing it and all he does now is fart a lot lol. He doesnt need the tablets anymore either.

well she allways has a poo befor going in the car maybe nerves are getting to her and she cant help it

Make the car a nice place, feed her in the boot with door open, then take her back into the house, try playing with her in the car (all this without going anywhere) then feed her / play with her with the engine running (again with doors open) then move onto engine running with door shut, then start to drive somewhere (just round the block)
This usually works ... she needs to get the association's of car = sick out of her head and to think of the car as a good place
