Travel boot sizes help

I'm picking my horse up from college at the weekend providing the road conditions are good & have been getting a few things together & my travelling boots have gone walkies!! My friend has offered to lend me hers but they are cob size. Will they fit a horse thats 16hh or am I going to have to go & buy some?

Depends how chunky your horses legs are. I have a pony who has to have full sized stuff and a 16.2 who can get away with cob stuff.

My 15.2 has cob size. My 12.1 had to have special small pony ones as pony sized coverd her whole legs and wrapped round twice. I think they all vary in size so have a look at friends and judge if you think will fit.

I think I'll try them & put travelling boots on my xmas list. I think the fronts will definatley fit. It's more the length of the hind boots.
