TRAVEL BOOTS/BANDAGES???!!!!

im going to pick my new pony up this saturday and it a about a 2 hour jorney to bring home.do i need to get him so travel boot or banges or do i just leave his legs alone????
anything helps

When my horse came from essex - about 5 hours away, we didnt put anything on her legs as sometimes it can do more harm than good if they dont like the boots and start to thrash! she just came up with a tail guard

I never used to travel in anything other than a tail bandage but friends horse fell through floor of (new) lorry and caused all sorts of damage so now travel in knee boots and gamgee/bangages.
