travel boots or bandages??

so as were about to get out and about to some local shows, ive started to make a list of what else i need to buy, so this got me thinking:

boots or bandages?? and why?

I prefer boots, much quicker and easier to deal with.

I prefer bandages as they're less bulky than travel boots. I guess it depends on whether your horse is used to boots. Mine's young, so we prefer bandages. Ditto boots being easier to put on and take off though!

much prefer bandages,once had a horse panic in a trailer with boots on and totally shredded them and the sharp edge of the velcro fastens cut into leg!!! so defo nice soft fleecey bandages my mare prefers them anyway tends to stamp her feet with boots on

Boots and bandages, our mare wears boots on the back and bandages on the front - due to the fact that she tends to shred the front boots for some reason.

i prefer bandages. I find them easier than boots as well bizarrely, always end up faffing with boots as Im not used to them.

Boots, but very rarely travel mine so it's not a issue really! plus one of mine would leave me needing a plaster cast if I tried to put anything on her back legs!
