Just seen the post about poly pad travel boots.

Well seing as im hoping to do a little more with Red next year i was going to get some travel boots for christmas.

Dont want to spend the earth but want to know which ones to steer clear of and which ones are good.

Got a 16.2hh IdD x TB with quite a bit of bone if that makes a difference!

My premier Equine ones are fantastic. Forestforever saw them at Aldon and asked what make they were as such good value and look smart.

i have nice robinsons ones.....cheap and nice!

Mark Todd ones are great, mine are 3 years old and still look great. The Andrew Hoy ones look good too, similar to Mark Todd but with two fastenings instead of three. Kind regards

Ive had som Robinsons ones for years and cant fault them but recently got some Premier equine ones off Ebay. Not used them yet but they look great.

I have the Mark Todd ones, but the only thing is they are very stiff so m girl absolutely hates him... thinking of selling them at the moment and buying some polypad ones that are a bit softer and more give in them.

I saw a review in a magazine (horse & rider?) a while a go- and they said the poly products ones slipped down, i think because they are so soft.
The winners were Derby house's own make and comfort zone equestrian.
I have the CZE ones; they are very good, they don't budge and although at first you think they will be stiff, they soften up as soon as they get warm. They were very expensive though- and the horse i got them for won't wear hind boots so effectivly the front boots cost 50 quid each!!!
