TRAVEL SICKNESS

I have a rescue Brittany 14 months old , had two weeks but is car sick. She starts drooling when you get to the car then gets worse and worse.
Want to take her to horsey shows with us and dog training but cannot go anywhere until we can find a remedy to help her travel sickness.
Anyone any tips please.

Could you try getting someone to distract her with a toy or treats whilst in the car???
Or try to reassure her that it is ok (but not too much as it might make her worse...)

Maybe an idea to get her used to the car when it is not moving. So maybe you could feed her in the car / sit for a little while? Hopefully this will reassure her that the car isn't so bad! Then when she seems happy - may take a while, you could start the engine for a little bit, still not moving. Slowly increase this then hopefully she will be a ok when you come to travel. Also try ginger capsules or ginger biscuits about 30 mins before travelling. Hope this helps!!
