travel to olympia today by train

help....we are due to go to Olympia this afternoon, by train, via Clapham Junction, but I have heard that the Kensingston Olympia station is closed, can anyone who is already there tell me if it is still possible to get from Clapham Junction to Olympia and back ?? not sure whether to try and get there or not !
 
check online, if its closed then youl have to get off on the one before, i will have a look online quickly and see if i can find anything.
 
the central, district, norther and victoria lines have good service all the others have severe delays and closures.
overground will be affected by the snow, change onto the district line which terminates at kensington olimpia.
sunday kensington is served 0800 until 2345 Sundays

Yesterday afternoon/evening Kensington Olympia and Clapham Junction stations were open and working ok.

Yesterday afternoon we took a train into town to Waterloo then tubed it back to Kensington Olympia as we weren't sure if the Clapham Junction to Kensington Olympia was open and working - but it was and took that route home.

Just be aware that they may not be running a full service, so you may have to wait for a train a bit longer.

Enjoy Olympia ! we had a fab time !

We were in this same quandry yesterday and decided to just go and see !

As a back up plan you could get a train to Clapham Junction and if you find Ken Olympia is closed then grab a taxi for the last bit of the journey ??

Good luck - as I say it WAS open last night !
 
thank you so much everyone, for all your advice...well, we made it , no problem at all, trains were running just fine, had a really fabulous day at Olympia, we left at 10pm before the finale in he end, as I was worried about the trains home and also a very tired 12 year old in tow and got home about 11.30pm hope everyon else had a FAB time too !
