Hi There.
I have a beautiful yearling and she's v confident, leads well, ties up etc etc.

My question is: Is she ok to travel like a grown horse i.e. tied up? What about journey time? I am showing her this year and I know it will be tiring for her but I don't want to take her on long journeys if its going to traumatise her!

Please let me know your thoughts - any help greatly appreciated!

Oh, and a gratuitous pic!

Beautiful horse. Get her used to loading slowly, no pressure, then take her on some dummy runs round the block first. Make sure shes happy being tied up on the lorry and having the ramp shut before you travel. When you get back to the yard unload her then walk her on and off again then give her a feed. This way when you go to a show she should be happy to load there and back. Happy showing!
