Travelling in a trailer - front flap open or closed?

OMG closed of course.

I saw somebody with a horse on the offside (nearest traffic) with the door open and I swear the horse was nearly decapitated by an oncoming lorry as it was sticking its head out.

Lucky escape OP I would say!!!!
