Travelling with items in trailer

Those of you who travel with wheelie bins, grooming kits, water containers etc. in your trailers, how do you fix them down? My mare travels without a partition, so i need to put stuff in the nose of the trailer.

I have a black box with lid in the front of mine (505 setup as single) , it has holes where lid attaches which I've put rope through then at front of ifor williams on each side u can see a gap, rope through there and tied around chassis ..getting the right box is key, u don't want too large as it would get I'm the way of them exiting trailer, if no holes in box u could make your own !!
