treating bridle for first time

Have lovely new stubben bridle, what is the best thing to treat it with before use. Have bought stubben cleaner and conditioner for every day but it needs something else first dosen,t it?

No, use what you have, that's fine. Whatever you do, don't use oil.

The stubben Hammol is great for new tack.

Thanks was going to oil it but they always seem to go all sticky. Will try the Hammol. Smells lovely

put in a bucket of neats foot oil for 1 hour, then clean as normal, comes up lovely and soft. do it with all leather tack
