Treatments for fetlock arthritis

As above really just throwing this out there to see what new treatments there might be for arthritis of hind fetlocks

Also any ideas of current cost for bone scan? I've been quoted £1400 by three counties, just wondered if anywhere was cheaper

My horses bone scan few years back was about 1800 quid but that was rvc so maybe they are bit more expensive generally?
My horse had hock arthritis in the end so can't comment on fetlock arthritis specifically but presume same line of treatment I.e steroid injections then tildren?

My horse had Cartrophen injections for his fetlock arthritis. That was 5 years ago though, so there may well be better alternatives now.

Thank you , yes cartrophen has been the best option so far, just wondered if any clinical,trials had brought anything else out in recent year
