Tredstep boots!! Very Cross!!!

They should have told you they didn't have black ones in your size. If they don't have black ones in your size they a) order some in b) refund you!!

They said these have been sent to me by accident ... They are the newer model of the Donatello and I cant lie ... they are a lot nicer quality and I genuinely do think they are lovely.... but when they looked to see if they had the black in stock they said the last black pair has been sold today.

I feel like if I send these back I will be back to the beginning again and it will take another how ever many weeks to get a black pair.

I'm tempted just to keep them however I think I'll look silly in my black jacket and tack with brown boots on at dressage ... :(

But probably quicker than selling them yourself (prob at a loss) and then buying them in black? I agree you need black boots for your particular dressage outfit imo :D

I don't know why it needs to be made this difficult ... lol. What is wrong with some people?

All I asked for was a replacement riding boot and I couldn't mind but I even had to send some photo's of my boots to prove that they were still in good condition before they sent me a replacement so they could even see in the photo's that they were black! Honestly .... :(

Sent them back, ask them to get a black pair from tredstep asap, no reason they shouldnt get some more in a couple of days.

Oh and their mistake so they will obviously be paying the return postage :p

I'm in despair lol! They are supposed to be ringing me back so this time next month maybe I will hear back from them!
 
Tell them to arrange a courier to collect them and refund you or replace with the correct boots within 7 days or you will take them to the small claims court.

If they call me back I will try that ... but I highly doubt they will so it looks like I will be phoning them tomorrow!

Not good ... They are supposed to be calling me but I am yet to hear from them and it has been 3 days ... The circle of me calling them and them promising to call me back is starting again lol.


The worse thing is I have fallen in love with these brown boots and the quality is much better than the older style black ones so I'm tempted just to keep them and either buy a new jacket for dressage or buy another paid of black boots as well.
