Just wondering really after reading kenzo's saddle review. Do all treeless saddles have to be used with dressage girths?
I bought a lovely Heather moffett Fhoenix for my tricky to fit Arab. She was only five and after reading about treeless for a long time, thought it might be perfect. Tried it first on my section d as he's like a comfortable pair of old shoes and once it had bedded down and moulded to my backside thought it was great. Then went to try it on the Arab. Looked fine ad then went to do the girth up and she reared straight up and really paniced. This put me off and I put the saddle on eBay as soon as I got home.
But I'm still having trouble finding a saddle that fits her and think that some sort of treeless may be the answer.
Any thoughts?
