treeless saddles ?

Do any of you have / ride in one ? a lady i know has asked me to ride her horse, as she cant at the moment. He has a treeless saddle. I have never ridden in one. The lady spent twenty minutes on the phone to me, telling me how different it is to ride in, you have to ride very long as well as numerous other differences ! Is it really that different ? im slightly worried now ! Thanks !

It depends on which treeless saddle really, the one I have is no different to ride in than a treed saddle apart from you can feel the horses movement through the back... some of them tend to have the stirrup bars set far back so unless you have a good balanced seat this can make you tip forwards...
