I'm going to Newquay at the end of May (well just up the road from there) and would love to go trekking on the beach -

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I am a fairly experienced rider (or at least was but havent ridden for ages so a bit nervy, but would love a good canter on the beach!)

hi i would sugest trenance riding stables they have lovely rides through the gannel estury wich goes on to some sand and if you do a 2 hour ride you get taken up to cubert common where you can have a good blast or if you fancy travelling up the road a bit theres reen manor at perranporth which takes you onto perrenporth beach dont know much about them thoughx have a nice holiday!

Wheal Buller are supposed to be quite good, here's their website:

I'd recommend Trennance over Wheal Buller. I have been along the Estuary ride and it is lovely.

reen manor is the best one for a good beach ride. from there stables you go on the dunes all the way to the beach and back.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, sorry it took a few days to get back to you and say thank you I have been so busy!! I shall give them a call tomorrow x

Oh I meant to ask -

I might be going on two rides - 1 with a group of 5 other people, all of which are beginners - so which one would be best for a beginners ride, and which would be best for advanced ride for just myself?
