Hi does anyone know of any trekking centres in wiltshire?

Its my daughters birthday at the end of May and I would like for us all to go out for a trek as a family so want somewhere where we can go for a nice plod through the country side and pop in a nice pub for lunch.

My husband doesn't ride at all so it has to be something thats suitable for everyone.

Is there anything like this in the area?

Thanks

Not sure where you are in Wiltshire, but if the New Forest is not too far, there are quite a lot of stables that do steady rides suitable for all levels, and often include a pub stop. :D

Thanks will google the new forest.

Didn't want to go to the white horse center as we are off the centerparcs in jun and are going there then.

Any other ideas?

Pewsey Vale Riding Centre could probably arrange something for you. They are right on the edge of the downs so lovely countryside.

Ohh what a good idea, I was looking at their website the other day as I was thinking about entering my daughter for their show at the end of June.

I will take a look at their website.

Longhorn - at Longleat - do Western and English hacks through the forest for beginners.

There's also Wellow Trekking Centre - about 20 mins away from Bath
