Trekking near Pisa/Lucca

I am going to be spending a week near Pisa/Lucca in Italy soon, and wondered whether anyone has any recommendations for somewhere nearby that does trekking? Anything from 1hr to a full day but not looking at multi day rides, and preferably somewhere that will take more experienced riders on a faster ride rather than somewhere that caters more for beginners just going for a walk.

I used to work out there decades ago. It’s a gorgeous area to ride in. I was at a place called Podere Consani, which was a riding school, but I think it was a stud when I last googled. They might know of somewhere though. There was another British riding place in the valley towards Pisa/Viareggio. And a big place that held events called Migliarino.
Sorry, probably not much use, but might be a start for googling! Have a great time. It’s such a beautiful area.
