Trekking/Riding near Llandudno

Does anyone know of any nice trekking centres/riding schools near Llandudno??

I am going away for a few days next month to Llandudno and would like to do a little trekking. I've been riding for years and now have my own little Molly, but husband (despite insisting he needs to buy all the gear) has only sat on a horse a handful of times.

Any recommendations would be great!

I'd thoroughly recommend Aberconwy EC (http://www.aberconwyequestrian.co.uk/index.php) if they offer hacking. I've only been up there for a riding lesson, but they seem a lovely stables that really know their stuff.

I've also heard good things about Tal-y-Foel on Anglesey, but never actually been there myself.

Thanks. I've had a look at the Aberconwy EC website but it says they only do hacking for more experienced riders, which my hubby isn't.

Which seems nice. They do do mountian/trail rides but don't recommend it as 2 and half hours in the saddle for a very novice rider can be a bit too much. So I have provisionally booked an hour and half ride, which has a short instruction/assessment at the beginning then a little hack out too!
