Trekking website

1) The pictures in the far background (although beautiful) looks terribly messy, as it has to be tiled - it also makes the text difficult to read in places; remember that is will look different as not everyone uses the same resolution! A plain coloured background would look far better.

2) The ponies, ponies1, ponies 2 look untidy, it would be better if they were all on one page, the writing should be a bit smaller, and the pictures should be aroun 50% smaller and preferably all the same size (it wouldn't take too long to crop some of them)

3) Perhaps you could mention how long treks tend to take, minimum skill level required, how much it costs, any clothing that the client should bring (ie waterproofs!) and what you supply (e.g. riding hats in sizes a-z), minimum/maximum number of people in each ride, any weight/age limits.

However, the photos themselves are absolutely beautiful and it looks like the type of place I'd love to go riding.

Agree with Pixies comments, why not have a gallery page to show off your stunning photos. So jealous, this time last week I was out on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, saw your leaflets somewhere and nearly hopped over to Mull. Will have to save that for my next visit.

Thanks! Yes everything you said Pixie is really what I had doubted, the background looked great at first but then when I added pictures and wording it wasn't clear enough so I made them bigger and you're right it does look messy. The gallery page idea is definately a good one Bexj. I think I got most of the info on the home page but it just isn't clear enough. Also tried to get the pics same size on photobucket but I'll need to try again.
Thanks for your comments, I'll try to change it round abit.
