Love the 'get the Halti off my snoot NAO!' pose. :p

Lovely pics! Would you please come and teach mine to jump like that, I keep putting my back out by throwing her over stiles...

You have good taste, she's a Karthago bitch and could win in the showring, tomorrow.

She is possibly being mated to the dog watching telly, who is an Eliot Prevent son - ARGH! Neeeeeeed onnnneeeee!

Thanks :) - this one was actually brought in from England, do you have her papers by any chance? He waited over a year for her. Just shows you the difference in people...

I will def have to see, she def came with a folder and paper work in, not sure if thats was the usual tripe about her life and what she needs and how she is fed...we gt alot of instruction like that with some hand in's:confused::rolleyes:
I will see if there was any pedigree or anything else in it.

PMSL Pix! :D
'Sleeve flavour' would probably be more accurate, this was a demo and later the handler took the sleeve off the helper to prove it - loads of people in patting the dog and him with the sleeve in his mouth = happy!

But having said that, poor bloke ^^^ had his back put out!!!

Dozzie - there was a Rottie competing in obedience so don't rule it out :p

Saddest thing I ever saw was a long typed out letter stuck onto one of the kennels in the Dogs Trust when I was looking for Henry - it was from the previous owner of the dog, saying how her son had been in a terrible motorbike accident, and she had to look after him and couldn't take care of her little dog too, and what an awful decision it had been to give her up:(

Sorry, you just reminded me of that Cayla!

fab pics.... :) lol @ the halti though - gtf this thing offa my snozzle!!!! :D

how many times a day do you get asked (while away from knowledageble dog people) "why do you have a muzzle on your dog"....

that winds me up big time :D

Hehe I was just thinking I could do with a sleeve (or actually, a full bite suit) to protect me from the sneaky ninja mouth. I can feel him eyeballing my various body parts as I type :(

Poor bloke doing his back in! Hope he's feeling better soon. Still, the demo sounds like a fun day for all :D May have to see if our nearest club ever does them, would be interesting to watch.

Sorry, didn't explain, the black dog was used for a demo and the rest of the dogs were competing, he is an awesome dog, love him! That's him flying the fence too.

Contact the GSDL (League) working branch rep for your area and see if there is a training club near you, there are loads of different elements to the training even if you or the boy don't want to do protection work, there's plenty of other stuff to do.

You need a ball on a rope - actually, you need two :D get him going after those instead of your bits :p

RW - yes, very happy doggies :D
Jack - she really didn't want that on her face, did she?!

Oh I see! I thought it was a demo day kinda thing :D Just out of interest, is there much difference between GSDL and BAGSD? There is one in our area but don't remember which off the top of my head. There's a Schutzhund club here, but way over the other side of the county I think.

May have to invest in a ball and rope to keep with me lol, never a damned toy around when you need one. Have been reduced a couple of times to grabbing the nearest object that doesn't bleed and shoving it in his gob :p

Though I was wonderfully amused by the bloke who insisted he wouldn't mouth if he 'yelped like an injured puppy'. Cue one hugely over-excited Loki nomming him all over. Sigh.
