How are you feeling today? Are you down to counting minutes yet, or are you still at hours? :D

Good luck for tomorrow and hope to see LOTS of pictures of Pickle with her new family :)

:D:D:D Thanks Domane, well I am certainly grinning like this :D:D:D

Just talking to hubby now and he is bouncing off the walls already!! He has a military presicion plan for the morning, timings down to the minute  I am sure we have everything we need, but I'm panicing we havn't!!

There will most definitely be lots of photos tomorrow, just hope I don't drive anyone mad with them!!!

I've never wished away a nights sleep like it!!!

wow, that was decisive!!

I've known about Pickle since the beginning of September, she was born on 1st October and we first visited her on 15th October, its been a long time coming!!! Can't believe she is finally coming home :D

Your planning and patience are outstanding! Like domane, we saw the ad after midnight, phoned in the morning, had the puppies and accompanying major car sickness :() by the afternoon. :)

You don't need to worry about not having everything: you have shops!

Nice bed/crate?
Toys?
Bowl?
Tiny baby collar so you can hold on for vet visits for vaccinations?
Chewy things so she leaves the chairs alone? (Mine have nearly got through one spindle on a chair!)
Lovely scrumptious puppy food?

Think that's all you need!

We resurrected the crate from the shed, used the double cat bowl, drove to Asda v quickly to get some food and used the big lads' old filthy puppy collars to start with!

Crate - Yep
Bed & Vetbed - Yep
Yummy food - Yep
Bowls - Yep
Toys - Yep (in her toy basket!)
Ickle Collar Embroidered with her name and Hubbys no - Yep
Tons of cuddles waiting for her - BIG FAT YEP!!!!

I need to go to bed, feel like a kid at Christmas, the sooner I go to bed the sooner morning will be here!!!

*roots about for satnav* I'm coming Pickle!! :p

I demand bucket loads of photos tomorrow. No excuses or you will find me trying to wiggle through the letter box, and I'll get stuck and calling the fire brigade is going to be embarrassing etc :p

Just post the photos. Or Pickle. :D

Superb! And I have visions of you waking up at 3am, 3.30am, 4am, 4.30am etc. Then you will gabble on the drive because you will be so nervous. Then when you get her home, you won't know what to do when she falls asleep, exhausted with her new toys/home etc.

Then the morning after, you will creep to her and check that she's still breathing because you are ultra paranoid: can you tell I've done this before, crept down the stairs to peek at them and panicked cos they were still asleep?! No chance of that now, they virtually open the door themselves!

CT have you not seen the photo of the veritable palace and associated paraphenalia (sp?) that Tricksy has amassed whilst waiting for the big day??? Pickle is one lucky pup!!!!

Oh my, I must stalk her posts to see it!

PMSL at the idea that we literally ran out of the door having spoken to the breeder and brought two back! We just completely improvised! We had left over bits of carpet from taking it up die to dog filth from previous two and that was the extent of the luxury!

Well you just drive carefully through all of your snow!!! but I warn you now the letter box has been taped up!!
