What are your views on this little tricky situation?
A friend broken up with her other half a couple of weeks ago and they are just sorting out who has what ect. A bit of a messy break up and basically she has walked away with nothing, but she is not that bothered just trying to hold her head up high and move on. Except for last year he bought her a horse, and now he is claming the horse is his (well saying its his daughters) as he paid for it and saying it was originally for his daughter. He referrers to it as his daughters horse, tho in the whole year apparently she has only seen her 3 times at the very most. My friend pays all livery and looks after it but the passport never got changed so is still in the original owners name.
Does she have a leg to stand on? She currently looking after the horse and still paying for it at this moment in time. But he has now threatened to sell it on. I feel so sorry for her, she is miles away from me, so I am unable to go and see her to give her a hug. So who owns the horse?
Anyone like to do a bit of horse hiding for her? I am sure she will appreciate it.
