Can someone help?! I have a major problem of keeping my toes pointing forwards when riding, they stick out (at various degrees of angle) and it just makes my whole position look ridiculous. I'm pretty sure my leg position is okay, and have the heel, hip, shoulder line as am often told so. I've heard of the offset stirrup irons, but they sound like they force you into it and I'd rather work on suppleness. As a rule, my right foot is pretty good, and is usually mostly forward, but the left is just doing its own thing, with great concentration it will point forward, but it just ends up with my knee aching and my hip protesting! Any tips/help would be appreciated! :D Thanks!

Put your hand under your leg from behind, so hand slides between thigh and saddle towards horses ears, and roll your leg forward.

Works for me when I'm having pokey toe days!
