Walk away, for all the good reasons stated above. Either use your time and money to get some first class tuition in whatever is your chosen discipline, or save your money into an account marked " My Horse". Do not risk your time, money or safety in getting involved with this horse or his owner. They, unfortunately, sound as unreliable as each other. You can spend time practicing your riding skills, checking out yards, going to clinics, doing courses and making sure your education progresses. This way, you won't be wasting hope, time or money.
