Has anyone used their supplements for Anxiety or anything else? They've come recommended to me to try. My horse is very sensitive and anxious and can be quite reactive. He's currently on Buck Off which has been working well but in new situations I think he needs something a bit more to take the edge off.

For those about to comment - he's all up to date with regular physio, teeth, farrier etc - I'm in touch with his old old owners he's always been like it having had a bad start in life and been coping really well but has a strong flight reaction particularly in an arena hearing sudden noises or seeing sudden movements elsewhere and struggles to conentrate on the job in hand.

Yes, i spoke to Simon and he advised me what to use, and what to transition her on to. It's the only supplement company I've ever spoken to, who have said, " the ultimate aim is to wean her off it altogether ". It worked and it was affordable.

This is great news - is that the anxiety one? What was your horse like before compared to now? I guess you don't use it anymore? Mine arrived today so day 1 of using it - I know Simon said it can take 10 days to begin to work.
 
She got increasingly tense, never worked out a trigger for it, and then more and more wound up - had every vet / physio check, full bone scan, etc. which showed nothing. She started on the one with valerian and then moved to the one without ( sorry, can't remember the name of it). She was probably on it around 6 months or so. She's pretty chilled now. Sorry to be so vague, but it was a good 7-8 years ago. She's never needed to take it,or anything like it, since.

This is great to hear - I have just started Evenkeel 1 this week (the one with Valerian in alongside Evenkeel 5 the liquid so it starts to work faster as recommended by Simon). How soon did you notice a difference? So she's definitely much more settled than she was before she went on it? Its great to hear something so positive!
 
That's the one she was on - Evenkeel! I noticed a difference pretty much straight away, her eyes just looked softer, and she was more relaxed. I then moved her from a busy competition yard to a tiny private yard, which allowed her to live out which definitely suited her better, she dislikes being stabled. She actually turned out to be the horse everyone wanted to take the young horse out with, as she was practically Police Horse like in her attitude. I did a lot of Michael Peace stuff with her, loads of groundwork too. Good luck with yours, it will all be worth it!

Wow this is great to hear! He's literally had it in 2 feeds so still really new - it absolutely stinks but it seems to be eating it! This gives me lots of positivity - thank you very much!
 
I really rate Trinity Consultants and like people have said they are super helpful.

Not used any supplements from them for Anxiety but have used AH181 for a hive type breakout and L94/B51 for a cough no amount of vet treatment got on top off.
 
Yes I’ve used one of the evenkeel ones when my gelding kept completely loosing the plot about in season mares, within around a week he totally changed in character & hasn’t reverted since. I’m still using it currently but tapering it down.

Wow! This is amazing! Everything I've heard or read has been great but I just find it hard to believe my horse could change that much! Have you been on it for long?

Since August, his behaviour was so bad I was seriously considering moving yards to get him away from mares. I’ve owned him for a long time so know him well but never experienced anything like this summer’s behaviour, although it was his first summer at a new yard & there were quite a few new arrivals so I think it all just got too much and came out in his very undesirable behaviour but I can honestly say I’ve never seen a difference from a supplement as obvious as that.

This is fab - did you notice it take affect fairly soon? Mine is like flying a kite at the moment leading to the fields and very spooky to ride so hoping soon it will work but only had it 3 times so far!

This is good to know as my daughters pony can have a bad cough unless on wet hay.
 
I have used them for over 30 years and they can adept their mix to suit may problems but do get your soil anaylized to find out what exptran it needs very often copper
