Does anyone else have experience of this?
I have a 5year old lightweight cob who is still growing and quite babyish in his outlook - and trips.
The farrier has changed his shoeing the physio has said he has great movement in his legs so no physical reason for this and for the past few months he and I has been professionally schooled (together and separately) to make him a bit lighter in the front.
But from time to time he still trips, especially if out hacking where the ground is uneven and there are lots of distrations. This is a little bit unnerving has he has gone over a couple of times which is horrid.
So, has anyone else had this problem - and has the horse grown out of it/been schooled out of it - or do you just have to learn to ride through it??
All hints welcomed!
Thanks !
