Hi,

Just wondered if anyone had any problems with these boots rubbing or had any comments regarding the fit?

They look like great boots so just wondered whether anyone had any experiances?

Many thanks!

I have them and have never had any problems with rubbing - I really like them

Have the tendon and fetlock boots. The fetlock boots were the ones that rubbed- made his pasterns bleed as they caught him. I contacted Trizone who were fabulous and sent me a replacement pair of 'Lite' fetlock boots which have been fine.

I have the Tendon boots with vents and Fetlock boots (not the lite ones) - had to give up on the Fetlock boots as they were too stiff and my mare hated them.

The Tendon boots seem to ruffle the fur on the outside of her fetlocks. She doesn't do a lot anyway and has had the best part of 3 weeks off, cut leg and now lost a shoe. I think if I were to use them everyday they could rub.

Funny you should ask this......I bought some brown tendon boots, used them a couple of times to hack out and they rubbed a raw patch on my horse, at the top on the outside. Left him to heal and tried again and they were going to do exactly the same....so a friend bought them off me and they haven't rubbed her horse at all.......very bizarre
