Point made!

Sometimes a person can be mistaken for being a troll because they are first time horse owners and have asked what to most horse people, might of been a bit of a silly question, this is because most trolls use this as a way to get attention and start arguments between genuine users.

There was an example of this last month if I remember rightly, where someone had to prove by video that they indeed where asking for genuine help/advice and where not a troll.....if they where, well then they had us all good and proper lol!

So sometimes it does pay to not be too overly suspicious all the time, which is why its good that you get a variety of people and they way they reply to posts, because some will actually spend a lot of time typing away and trying to help that person.

Hence why it is very annoying if its just a wind up when someone has taken the trouble to explain something, although some are rather funny so long as they come clean after a certain amount of time and don't cause everyone to fall out.

I havent' even read the thread cos I don't feet the little blighters but this is what a good troll would post, it's almost believeable.

A bad troll would be openly offensive for no reason and make up stories that no one in their wildest dreams would believe...for example 'my horse has two head, what bridle will fit?' or just call people fat and ugly
